II. Project Timeline (Estimated 5–7 Weeks)

1. Procurement (Weeks 1–2): Material sourcing and final site validation.

2. Fabrication (Weeks 3–4): Off-site precision cutting and Shaker door assembly.

3. Installation (7–10 Days): On-site mounting, quartz fitting, and electrical integration.
   
   

III. Payment Schedule

• 30% Initial Commitment (₱ 256,410.00): Due upon signing to secure materials and production slot.

• 20% Fabrication Completion (₱ 170,940.00): Due once units are ready for delivery to site.

• 30% Installation Progress (₱ 256,410.00): Due upon 50% completion of on-site installation.

• 20% Final Turnover (₱ 170,940.00): Due upon 100% completion and final walkthrough.
  
  

IV. Warranty & Terms

• Service Warranty: 6-Month Workmanship Warranty covering structural adjustments and installation quality from the date of turnover.

• Hardware Guarantee: Genuine BLUM components are covered by the manufacturer’s limited lifetime warranty.

• Validity: This proposal remains valid for 15 days.
