This project designs and builds a water-resistant partition and shower enclosure for Sir Kiefer Ramirez's bathroom in Isabang, Lucena City, Quezon. To combat Lucena's tropical climate, all accessories will be stainless steel for durability and easy cleaning.

Scope:

• Partition: Tempered glass and stainless steel hardware.

• Shower enclosure: Tempered glass and stainless steel hardware, with waterproof sealant.

This project ensures a safe, functional, and durable bathroom, complying with local standards.
