Project Scope:

1. Pre-Construction Preparation:

   • Detailed site assessment and measurement.

   • Development of comprehensive design plans and 3D visualizations.

   • Procurement of all necessary materials.

   • Safe and efficient demolition of existing kitchen elements.

2. Cabinet Revamp:

   • Removal of existing wood cabinets.

   • Installation of custom-designed aluminum cabinets with Aluminum Composite Panel (ACP) finishes.

   • Implementation of a two-tone design, featuring light wood finish ACP and light gray ACP for a contemporary aesthetic.

   • Optimized cabinet layout to maximize storage and accessibility.

3. Island Addition:

   • Removal of the existing bar.

   • Construction and installation of a new kitchen island to improve workflow and provide additional counter space.

4. Countertop and Backsplash Upgrade:

   • Removal of the existing dark solid surface countertop.

   • Installation of a Quartz countertop, known for its elegant appearance and heat resistance.

   • Installation of a matching Quartz backsplash to create a cohesive design.

5. Pantry Integration:

   • Construction and installation of a dedicated pantry unit.

   • Integration of full pull-out stainless steel accessories within the pantry for efficient storage.

   • Strategic placement of the pantry adjacent to the refrigerator, oven, and microwave for optimal convenience.

6. Window Modification:

   • Removal of existing awning windows.
