III. Payment Schedule
50% Initial Commitment: ₱ 126,350: Due upon signing to secure materials and production slot.
30% Installation Progress: ₱ 75,810: Due upon 50% completion of on-site installation.
20% Final Turnover: ₱ 50,540: Due upon 100% completion and final walkthrough.
