I. Materials & Key Features

• Core Build: 18mm Marine Plywood and MDF Board.

• Aesthetic: Shaker-style doors.

• Countertop: Premium, non-porous Quartz.

• Hardware: Genuine BLUM soft-close concealed hinges and drawer runners throughout.

II. Project Timeline (Estimated 5–7 Weeks)

1. Procurement (Weeks 1–2): Material sourcing and final site validation.

2. Fabrication (Weeks 3–4): Off-site precision cutting and Shaker door assembly.

3. Installation (7–10 Days): On-site mounting, quartz fitting, and electrical integration.
   
   

III. Payment Schedule

• 50% Initial Commitment (₱377,350): Due upon signing to secure materials and production slot.

• 30% Installation Progress (₱ ₱226,410): Due upon arrival of materials and 50% on-site completion.

• 20% Final Turnover (₱ ₱150,940): Due upon 100% completion, plumbing/electrical testing, and final walkthrough.
  
  

IV. Warranty & Terms

• Service Warranty: 6-Month Workmanship Warranty covering structural adjustments and installation quality from the date of turnover.

• Hardware Guarantee: Genuine BLUM components are covered by the manufacturer’s limited lifetime warranty.

• Validity: This proposal remains valid for 15 days.
