III. Payment Schedule

• 50% Initial Commitment (₱ 178,600.00): Due upon signing to secure materials and production slot.

• 30% Installation Progress (₱ 107,160.00): Due upon 50% completion of on-site installation.

• Service Warranty: 6-Month Workmanship Warranty covering structural adjustments and installation quality from the date of turnover.
