20% Installation Progress (₱155,100) Due upon 50% completion of the on-site installation.
10% Final Turnover (₱77,550) Due upon 100% completion, final cleanup, and successful walkthrough.
IV. Warranty & Terms
Service Warranty: 6-Month Workmanship Warranty covering structural adjustments and installation quality from the date of turnover.
Validity: This proposal remains valid for 15 days.
